For 2011 (and for my DonationPay New Years Resolution #2), I’ll be getting back to our weekly focus on an organization that we work with or love.

The Cannon River Watershed Partnership is an organization dedicated to enlisting people in the ongoing effort to improve the water quality and natural systems of the Cannon River watershed.  Their programs have a strong focus on conservation, water quality monitoring and educational opportunities.  Their programs are executed by volunteers, farmers, local businesses, educational institutions and with the assistance of their members.

CRWP also has a major fundraising auction upcoming; for this event, they had us create an additional page, just for auction check out.  On their auction checkout page, CRWP uses a totalling feature which tracks the item name and cost, then totals the cost of all items at the bottom of their page.  In the reports back to Payment XP, our back-end system, they’ll be able to to tell which buyer purchased which items, the prices of all their items, and the total due to them from each buyer:
